What is Hijama (Wet Cupping)?
Hijama is a time-honoured therapeutic practice rooted in the tradition of the Prophet ﷺ. Modern research supports its benefits for circulation, inflammation, and detoxification — and at TNR Clinic, we deliver it with the highest clinical standards. Our CMA-accredited practitioners combine Prophetic wisdom with rigorous professional training, in a Muslim-friendly, gender-separated environment where you can heal with confidence.
Benefits
Who it's for
Suitable for individuals seeking natural pain relief, detox support, or those following the Sunnah practice of cupping. Commonly used for back pain, migraines, fatigue, and general wellness.
What happens in a session?
Your session begins with a consultation to understand your health concerns. The practitioner cleans the area, applies cups to create suction, then makes small superficial incisions before reapplying cups to draw out stagnant blood. The entire process uses single-use, surgical-grade equipment in a private room.
Safety & hygiene
We use only single-use, surgical-grade disposable equipment. All treatment rooms are private and thoroughly sanitised between appointments. Our practitioner follows strict clinical hygiene protocols.
